We understand that a one-size fits all approach does not work for schools, what may be an outstanding teacher for one school, does not mean that they will be outstanding for you. We aim to have a guided tour of any school that we are recruiting for, and really get to the bottom of what you are aiming to achieve. Where are you looking to raise attainment?
