The Role
We are currently seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and support pupils across a range of Primary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to gain valuable experience in different school settings.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

·        Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).

·        Provide 1:1 and small group support to help children access learning and achieve their potential.

·        Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs.

·        Promote positive behaviour, independence, and inclusion within the classroom.

·        Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress.

About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:

·        Passionate about supporting children with SEN.

·        Adaptable, reliable, and confident working indifferent classroom settings.

·        Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with pupils.

·        Experienced in working with SEN in a school or childcare setting (desirable, but not essential).

·        Hold a valid DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one through us).
